• Strong understanding of robot kinematics, control systems, and sensor integration
• Experience with major robotic platforms (e.g., KUKA, ABB, Fanuc)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Certification in robotics or related field is a plus
